U.S Return and Refund Policy

Unopened products purchased on selerb.com may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.

All returns covered under our thirty (30) day return policy are subject to the following:

Selerb.com reserves the right to charge up to 15% handling and restocking fee for returned products, which will be deducted from the total refund amounts.

To Return A Product

Please follow the instructions below to make a return.

  • Email selerb.support@selerb.com or call us at 1 714-257-5559 to request a return.
  • Pack item(s) to return securely into the original package or in a box or bag of your choice.
  • Include your original invoice/packing slip included in your package, or your confirmation email so we can identify your order.
  • Attach the label properly on the package. Ship to our return address through a courier of your choice.
  • After we receive the returned product(s), you will be refunded (usually within 15 business days) and sent a confirmation email.

Customers will be responsible for tracking the return packages; we recommend you keep a record of your return receipt with the tracking number to ensure your package is delivered back to our warehouse. For your package security, we recommend you ship with major couriers for your returns.

Return Shipping

Damaged or Defective Product

The customer is responsible to report any missing, damaged product(s) to selerb.com within 72 hours of delivery of the product(s). Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of selerb liability. If your product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department immediately or call us at 1 714-257-5559.

Refunds

Once we receive the return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process the order. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to place the order. Depending on your bank, refunds may take an additional 5-15 business days. We will email you at the email in which your order was placed, notifying you when we process your refund. Please note that shipping costs incurred when ordering the products are non-refundable.
