Ordering

How to Place an Order

After selecting your desired items, click “Add to Cart.” When ready, proceed to checkout. You will be asked to enter your shipping address, after which shipping costs will be automatically calculated.

You may choose to create an account to save your information for future purchases. Please review your address and order summary carefully before confirming. Once the order is placed, a confirmation page will appear, and you will receive an order confirmation email.

Order Tracking and Status

Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent with your tracking number and a link to track the delivery.

You can also log into your Selerb account at any time to check the status of your order under “My Orders.”

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days before being shipped.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping options and costs vary depending on your shipping address and the number of products purchased. Final shipping charges will be displayed before you complete checkout.

Note:

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. public holidays.
  • International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address. You may contact the courier (e.g., UPS, USPS) directly to inquire about updating delivery details.

Returns and Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Unopened items purchased from Selerb.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Returns are subject to a handling and restocking fee of up to 15%, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact us at selerb.support@selerb.com or call 1-714-257-5559 to request a return.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely using the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
  3. Include the original invoice, packing slip, or confirmation email inside the package.
  4. Ship the return to our warehouse using a courier of your choice.

Customers are responsible for tracking return packages. We recommend using a reliable shipping service and retaining a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.

Refunds

Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–15 business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit our ability to offer a replacement or refund.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will do our best to assist you, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
